So finally, after begging blogs and puppy whining tweets of ‘More Bookaboo Please!’ we’re back in production! Only this time, we’ve begun, what I hope is just the start of an amazing Bookaboo World Tour.
First stop is Canada! And then….. I’ll be keeping you posted!
But for those in Australia (where it has just topped the ratings charts) and other countries shouting,
“But why not here?”
“Why not us?”
Well, quite honestly, because Canada or rather CBC…

‘Mum and Dad Glue’ by Kes Gray and Lee Wildish has to be one of the most moving books I’ve looked at for Bookaboo.

Rebecca Mafodda said… Thanks Lucy - a truly great series you've created. My 20 month old loves rocking out to the theme already (after only seeing 2 episodes!). He keeps asking for the puppy and tries to kiss the TV screen!
My favourite Aussie Picture Book that I've bought my son is 'White Fellas are like Traffic Lights' by Harry Reade. I grew up in Darwin, so it's a very 'australian' book for me.
Keep up the great series -can't wait until the merchandising starts!! We'll be lining up for our cuddly Bookaboo and Bookaboo bag.

Thousands of UK libraries across the country are holding extra copies of all the books in the show. And they don't cost a penny!
Find a UK library near you.
There are thousand of libraries across Australia with wonderful books to peruse including some of those featured in the show.
