We won!!! Despite some serious competition from some very worthy nominees, Bookaboo Series II won a childrens BAFTA award for Best Pre-School Live Action show last night at the ceremony at the London Hilton. Pictures and video to follow over the next few days.
Is anyone out there? are we seeing the end of our favourite furry rocker?

Guys, I LOVE the animated elements the show has for the stories. As a dad who reads a lot of stories, though one yet unblessed by an iPad, I know friends of mine that are would love to be able to download the animated versions of the bookaboo presented books. Indeed the graphics people that make them could then apply their skills to all manner of books licenced through Bookaboo and I suspect would be a big revenue earner. I'm not sure what prog is used to create them but I suspect iPads…
